ADMINISTRATION

Introduction

Administration group of the office is headed by the Group officer designated as Deputy Accountant General (Administration) or Deputy Accountant General (Administration). The concerned group officer also acts as an Estate officer. She is the appointing authority up to the level of Auditor. The Group officer is responsible for providing support services in terms of manpower, equipment and other facilities, preparation of panels for timely promotions, posting and transfer of staff, preparation and handling of office budget, processing and settlement of personal claims and general office maintenance, etc. In fact the Administration wing is the back bone of the office management system.

The Administrative wing is supported by 3 Sr. Audit officers/ Audit officers who are in charge of the different sections as detail given below.
